This role involves coordinating with freight forwarders and logistics partners to arrange and monitor Finished Goods (FG) collections. It includes liaising with customers on shipping documentation matters such as Post Goods Issue (PGI) and Goods Receipt (GR) processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing. The candidate will also work closely with SOA and IT teams to investigate and resolve system-related issues and discrepancies. In addition, the role requires monitoring incoming goods and promptly reporting any irregularities or discrepancies to customers and feeder factories to support timely corrective action and ensure smooth logistics operations.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of freight booking processes and logistics systems, along with proficiency in ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP for inventory and order management. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the logistics industry is required, with the ability to manage operational workflows accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
