This role involves supporting food preparation activities, including cleaning, cutting, and distributing ingredients for cooking lessons. The candidate will also be responsible for cleaning kitchen tables and utensils, assisting with inventory checks of kitchen equipment, and supporting simple logistical arrangements and record-keeping. In addition, the role includes assisting in monitoring the department’s monthly budget and performing ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors. The candidate will also provide administrative support to other units within the Aesthetics Department and participate in school activities, which may occasionally extend beyond regular working hours.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Levels, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or an equivalent qualification. Prior experience in an educational setting will be an advantage. The role requires good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team and support teachers in daily classroom activities. Candidates should also have basic administrative and organisational skills to assist in the smooth running of school operations.
