Your Job: Molex Singapore is seeking a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee Raw Material warehouse operations. In this role, you will lead warehouse personnel, ensure inventory accuracy, drive operational efficiency, and maintain a safe working environment while supporting the company's manufacturing and supply chain objectives. Our Team: You will be part of the DSS organization and work closely with Planning, Purchasing, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Quality, and SAP support teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth material flow and inventory management to support manufacturing operations in Singapore. What You Will Do: Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities. Plan workforce allocation and assign daily tasks to ensure operational efficiency and service levels. Drive inventory accuracy through FIFO compliance, cycle counts, and physical inventory activities. Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies, PPE requirements, and 5S standards. Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings to reinforce safety awareness across the team. Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse personnel to achieve performance and productivity goals. Address operational challenges, employee concerns, and escalate issues when necessary. Monitor and report warehouse KPIs, including productivity, accuracy, safety, and overtime performance. Maintain accurate documentation, shift records, and incident reports. Champion the One Molex Mindset by fostering teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
