Job Detail

Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks (Electrical /Aircon / Mechanical / Building / Repairs). Carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance of M&E works or Aircon or Building. To carry out maintenance operations for facilities or buildings, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Attend to defects and customers' complaints promptly. Respond to any fault reports, client requests, or any breakdowns efficiently. Performing regular maintenance and repairs on the building facilities or systems to ensure smooth operation. Report faults to supervisor. Conduct preventive checks and troubleshooting on the M&E systems. Record or inform supervisor of any faults or issues during routine checking. Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned
