We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Service Crew / Counter Staff member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting daily outlet operations. You will serve as one of the key points of contact for customers, ensuring a positive dining experience from order placement to food collection. Your primary responsibilities include taking customer orders accurately and efficiently through the cashiering system, processing cashless and cash transactions, issuing receipts, and handling customer inquiries in a professional manner. You will ensure that all orders are entered correctly and communicated clearly to the kitchen or preparation team to maintain smooth operations and minimize errors. In addition to cashiering and counter duties, you will assist in food and beverage preparation according to company standards. This includes preparing desserts, cutting and portioning fruits, preparing dim sum items, and making beverages. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform these tasks confidently and consistently. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the outlet, including food preparation areas, service counters, dining spaces, and equipment. This involves following food safety guidelines, proper handling and storage of ingredients, and ensuring all workstations are organized and well-stocked throughout operating hours. As part of the daily operations team, you will assist with replenishing ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies as needed. You may also support opening and closing duties, including basic preparation work before service hours and cleaning tasks at the end of each shift.
