Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks to ensure data integrity. Receive, verify, and securely store all incoming jewellery shipments. Process internal stock transfers and ensure all supporting documentation is complete. Monitor stock levels daily and proactively report any discrepancies or variances. Update ERP and inventory systems accurately to reflect real-time stock movements. Adhere strictly to all security protocols for the handling and storage of high-value items. Requirements High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Responsible and careful approach to handling delicate jewellery items. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an advantage. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Fresh Grads are welcomed
