- Manage overall project management on new equipment buyoff, installation and associated activities - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth production transfer of equipment to mass production - Collaborate with machine suppliers to drive for equipment efficiency and process improvement - Work closely with PM team in establishment of effective PM system for continuous sustenance of machine and spare inventory - Identify and close gaps between different working level or parties within the company - Develop expertise to improve the assigned equipment platform, maintain and repair semiconductor process equipment
- Degree / Diploma in any Engineering field with relevant hands-on experience - Knowledge and experience in handler models (Epson/Hontech-Logic/ATC/SLT/Matrix/MT9510/Castle/Chroma) will be an added advantage - Possess strong mechanical / electronics / electrical knowledge and interest - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Logical analysis / thinking and possess strong motivation to hone hands-on technical skills
