Job Responsibilities: • Support the end-to-end execution of customer acquisition, engagement, and rewards campaigns, from launch through fulfilment. • Manage customer enquiries, campaign escalations, and operational issues to ensure a positive customer experience. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate campaign fulfilment, reporting, and marketing operations. • Support rewards, rebates, and promotional fulfilment activities, including tracking, validation, and reconciliation. • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular management reports, operational updates, and business trackers. • Maintain and update campaign content, promotional information, and communications across relevant platforms and channels. • Manage vendor administration, including invoice processing, accrual tracking, and reconciliation activities. • Support partnership marketing initiatives and ensure timely delivery of agreed campaign and fulfilment commitments. • Drive process improvement initiatives and support projects that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management. Duration: 1 year contract Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Location: Raffles Place Salary: Up to $4000
Requirement: • Minimum Diploma or Degree holder in marketing, campaign operations, or business support from related industry • Preferably 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, campaign operations, or business support. • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail. • Good stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. • Proactive problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
