Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, NCCS, or related disciplines. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction or site supervision, preferably in building or civil engineering projects Candidates with Resident Technical Officer (RTO) Certification or relevant site supervision certification will be an added advantage. Familiar with site inspection, quality control, and ensuring works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications. Experience in coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders on site matters.
