• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach. • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Effective communicator who collaborates well across functions. • Results-driven with a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, cost, and continuous improvement. • Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline. • 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, production support, or industrial operations. • Experience in high-volume manufacturing, SPC, DOE, root cause analysis, process optimization, and qualification activities. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools such as Power BI, Minitab, JMP, Tableau, Python, SQL or equivalent applications.
