Responsibilities: Proactively approach, engage, and welcome walk-in customers within the retail outlet. Conduct live product demonstrations highlighting picture quality, sound engineering, and smart TV features. Understand customer needs and recommend the ideal television model, size, and ecosystem accessories. Meet or exceed monthly individual and store sales targets. Maintain the cleanliness, neatness, and visual merchandising of the TV display counter. Ensure all display units are functioning properly with the correct demo loops and updated price tags. Keep up to date with the latest product knowledge, technology trends, and competitor promotions. Provide regular feedback on customer preferences and stock levels to the supervisor. Period: 6 months contract (renewable) Location: Islandwide (will be deployed accordingly to the manpower needs) Working Hours: Retail hours, 6 days work week Salary: Basic $1,800 + commission
Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable personality. Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales incentives. Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the role.
