Student Care Centre Manager/Assistant Manager

• Oversee the daily operations of the Student Care Centre, ensuring a safe, nurturing and well-organised environment for all students. • Lead programme planning, curriculum implementation and centre-wide activities in alignment with PlayFACTO’s philosophy, curriculum direction and new HQ directives. • Supervise, mentor and develop centre staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture. • Build strong relationships with parents, school partners and stakeholders through proactive communication and engagement. • Drive student enrolment and ensure the overall smooth running of centre operations. • Provide timely reports to management on enrolment, operational expenses, manpower matters and staff training needs. • Oversee administrative and financial processes such as fee matters, GIRO reporting and centre documentation. • Implement and uphold all health, safety and regulatory requirements. • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Centre Director (applicable for Assistant Centre Manager).
