We provide rigorous on-the-job training in key areas such as analytical skills, sales and communication, and aim to help our interns develop essential and transferable skills for their careers You will help TalentKraft: - execute projects by conducting interview sessions with stakeholders, analyzing current processes, recommending solutions and preparing impact reports - develop new ideas and methodologies as the range of clients and issues expands. You will also own the development and execution of these ideas - expand its network of HR solution providers and partners, and establish good working relationships to increase the range of solutions we can offer to clients - grow its client base by prospecting and connecting with potential clients
You should: be able think through issues in a structured way and articulate and defend your chosen methodology keep up to date on latest trends in technology, and can quickly understand and use new technology and applications be a credible and convincing communicator with a strong command of written English be a problem-solver who thinks up creative ways to overcome challenges
