Defining, developing, and managing the technology products that support freight forwarding, transportation, and logistics operations across the organization. Serves as the bridge between business operations, technology teams, and external partners to deliver digital solutions that improve operational efficiency, shipment visibility, customer experience, data-driven decision making, and business growth. Owns the end-to-end product lifecycle of freight technology platforms, including Freight Forwarding Systems, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Freight Billing Systems, Customer Portals, Track & Trace solutions, Customs Integration platforms, Analytics Dashboards, API ecosystems, and AI-driven automation capabilities. Drives digital transformation initiatives by translating business requirements into technology solutions, managing product roadmaps, leading system enhancements, implementing automation and AI capabilities, and ensuring solutions remain scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with organizational objectives. A strategic and hands-on technology leader who combines strong business acumen with deep digital expertise. Demonstrate visionary thinking, sound judgement, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex digital transformation initiatives. He/she is collaborative, customer-centric, and outcome-driven, with strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presence to influence senior leaders and operational teams alike.
