Led ISO and audit requirement & process. Continuous Improvement/Business Process Re-Engineering (Ops Development) trains, facilitates and promotes the use of CI (Lean Six Sigma) BPR methodologies through coaching of project teams to continuously streamline processes operations, and eliminate waste to improve efficiency to achieve cost savings. Acts as STL change agent in driving positive change in business and operational excellence, and also aims to build a knowledgeable workforce with the capabilities to excel in business performance through continuous improvement and business process re-engineering.
At least 10 years of relevant experience will be preferred Black Belt certified with proven ability in the application of Lean Six Sigma and BPR methods and tools. Business Process Re-engineering and Organization/Job Redesign skills. Trained in Project Management (Prince 2, PMP or equivalent). Good knowledge of ISO Accreditation and Certification standards. Good knowledge of HSE and Sustainability practices
