Support the team in mall-wide campaigns and events to enhance the customer experience, drive footfall and increase tenant sales Support the team's casual leasing efforts in the leasing of event spaces, media spaces and push-carts Liaise with advertising agencies, contractors and event companies to assist in campaigns and marketing collaterals Assist in processing of invoices and billings Handle marketing administrative duties such as traffic reports and tenant voucher reimbursement Provide customer service support in ensuring shopper and casual leasing enquiries are attended in a professional and timely manner Any other duties as assigned.
Diploma in Marketing / Mass Communications or relevant discipline 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, events management, retail and F&B marketing and Social Media marketing would be preferred Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment Self-motivated, highly resourceful, positive and proactive, and with these traits, thrive on challenges and time pressures in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
