1. Preparation of various pastry & dim sum 2. Ensure all dishes meet established standards for quality, presentation, and consistency 3. Assist in the creation of new dim sum menu items based on seasonal ingredients 4. Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards 5. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving kitchen supplies as needed 6. Follow proper portion control and minimize waste 7. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Superior from time to time
1. Proven experience in a similar kitchen role preferred 2. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards 3. Able to perform spilt shift, work on weekends and public holidays 4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment 5. Physical stamina to stand for long periods 6. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality 7. Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
