Job Detail

To conduct inspection of both the internal and external areas of the building To coordinate and assist with term contractor works. Daily routine works (E/W meter reading & etc) To attend to feedback from tenants and client issues. To attend minor breakdown/repair works. To carry out the weekly inspection of specialised equipment. To handle fire alarm, lift system & etc Liaise with onsite teams (security and cleaner) Conduct electrical meter readings on monthly basis Any other related works onsite
