Responsibilities : 1) To follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely action is taken to achieve collection targets on behalf of our clients from Financial Institutions, Healthcare, Telecom Service providers and Commercial clients, etc 2) To adopt collection best practices and apply relevant collection strategies to enhance effectiveness 3) Arrange and negotiate payment plans with customers 4) Perform administrative duties and accounts monitoring 5) Update and maintain the Credit Collection System 6) Any ad-hoc duties assigned
1) Candidate should possess at least a Diploma / A / O level / Nitec 2) Good spoken English 3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4) Service-oriented and results driven 5) Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment 6) A team player who is able to work independently
