Read and interpret geometrical drawings To assist Engineer in the development of measuring method and jigs/fixture during product development stage Perform First Article Inspection & CP/CPK study Work with business team and engineering team on product qualification measurement - Validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) Conduct MSA (GR&R) on equipment and user for assessing measurement system capability Maintain and perform software validation and revalidation for applicable software used to determine product’s quality (decision to acceptor reject product) Manage organization’s measuring equipment’s, maintain equipment’s calibration and servicing program to comply to International standard and customer requirements. Including customer consigned measuring equipment(s) Provide assistant in the training of inspectors & junior Technician to perform part measurement. Prepare measurement report and graphical analysis of measurement data. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
