Responsibilities : 1) Collection Management, Operation and Project Management 2) Implement service strategies and service improvement 3) Conduct performance review including ensuring adherence to the Service Level Agreement 4) Team building and management 5) Maintain strong and cordial relationship with all clients 6) Customer sales and service advocacy 7) System implementation, integration and management 8) Ad other ad hoc duties

Job Requirements

1) Candidates should possess at least a degree in any discipline or relevant experience 2) Good communication skills, both verbal and written 3) Good presentation skills 4) Meticulous and good interpersonal skills 5) Able to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines with minimum supervision 6) Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
