Job Detail

Have an understanding of the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Policies and responsibilities of each grade of personnel. Ensure the policy is brought to the attention of all the employees under your control and ensure that work is carried out in accordance with its requirements. Review and update the company safety policy and other related duties implemented by the relevant authorities. To ensure that WSH management system to be update and review and monitor in regular basis. To develop and implement Risk Management on site (especially for WAH activities) To conduct weekly / monthly / yearly WSH Inspections, audits to identify and analyze the hazards / non-compliances and other safety issues with immediate action to rectify / resolve on project basis. Conduct monthly safety training program and emergency evacuation plan and carry out site safety, health and environment programs and procedures. Assist management & main-con for any accident & incident investigation. To ensure and liaising with HR / Admin departments to provide information’s if needed. Monitor and implement effectively on the document control for all projects. Assist management on the new/updated regulations, recommendations regularly and client /consultant requirements on site to improve safety standards on company and personnel levels. Assist management to conduct a monthly EHS meeting and prepare minutes and act as secretary of the WSH committee. Checking sub-contractors work to ensure compliance with the WSH (Construction) Regulations. Participate and assist all relevant parties on yearly audit To ensure all personnel issued with PPE and monitor is free from any damages and maintain a record Ensure that all rules and regulations as stipulated in the WSH (Construction) Regulations are met. Ensure that all statutory regulations, company’s safety regulations and code of practice are implemented and complied with by all staff. Conduct regular inspection and audits on the safety provisions and inspect and rectifying any unsafe place of work and unsafe practices. Perform other duties as assigned.
