Project Engineer

Job Detail

Coordinate project works and manage daily site operations. Manage, coordinate and supervise workers, sub-contractors, vendors, and relevant parties to ensure proper work execution and good workmanship. Execute project works according to approved drawings and specifications. Review drawings, prepare project schedules, monitor work progress and submit progress reports to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Monitor project cost, sub-contractor claims, variation works and material usage. Prepare material forecasts, technical submissions, method statements, test reports, as-built drawings and project documentation. Conduct site testing, inspections and arrange project handover upon completion. Liaise and coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Suppliers, Vendors and all stakeholders on project matters. Attend site, coordination, safety and project meetings. Resolve technical issues, inspections, submissions, client feedback and complaints. Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. Ensure Quality Documents, Risk Assessment and WSH requirements are implemented and maintained on site. Maintain proper project documentation and records. Coordinate with other departments to ensure project efficiency and productivity. Supervise workers during overtime works when required. Perform other duties as assigned.
