General painting of external and internal surfaces, Execute pre-painting works including patching, masking of adjacent surfaces. Prepare the surrounding area by covering exposed objects and surfaces. Tap off areas as needed. Clean up supplies and replacing fixtures when project is completed. Keep workspace clean. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Minimum 'N' Level or equivalent. Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered. Good balance and physical strength. Good in oil and water painting skills. Attention to details. Preferably at least 1 year of experience in painting residential and commercial spaces.
