As a Van Salesman (VSM), you are the driving force behind our retail store-level success. You will be responsible for direct van sales, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining shelf merchandising, and fostering strong retail relationships across assigned territories. Operating a refrigerated sales van, you will provide accurate order fulfilment and product availability across Modern Trade, General Trade, and Convenience Store outlets, in line with company’s standards Sales & Route Execution Visit 12 to 15 or more stores daily, following a structured route plan Execute on-the-spot invoicing using handheld devices Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through strong store engagement Merchandising & Trade Visibility Ensure Top 5 SKUs are fully available and compliant with store planograms Maintain product freshness and execute in-store POS materials as guided Support trade marketing programs and secondary displays where required
Expectations & Conduct: Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence (Company Truck will be provided) Prior FMCG or route sales experience preferred Able to carry weight up to 10kg Work schedule start as early as 3am with duties completing by mid-day upon completion of daily operations "
