Develop and implement workforce transformation strategies supporting PCM business and operational requirements. Conduct workforce planning and identify current and future manpower/skills requirements. Identify skills gaps across technical, supervisory and support functions. Develop upskilling and reskilling initiatives for employees. Work with management and operational teams on workforce productivity and capability-building initiatives. Establish partnerships with training providers, industry bodies and relevant government agencies. Identify suitable government grants, workforce-development programmes and funding support. Coordinate employee participation in technical and safety training programmes. Develop career pathways and competency frameworks for technical employees. Support succession planning and development of supervisors and future leaders. Analyse manpower, training, retention and workforce-productivity data. Track workforce-transformation initiatives and report outcomes to management. Support recruitment and retention strategies for hard-to-fill technical positions. Keep abreast of manpower policies, industry developments and skills requirements affecting the process/PCM sector.
At least a good bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Engineering or a related discipline IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications Preferably 8 - 10 years of related working experience Relevant work experience in career advisory and counselling and corporate engagements, with proven ability to collaborate and engage Trade Associations, Professional Bodies and Government Agencies. Driven self-starter with strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills with a positive work attitude Excellent coordination and organisation skills, with a customer-centric mindset Strong team player who is meticulous, resourceful, resilient and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented and ambiguous work environment
