Job Summary We are looking for a hands-on IT & Systems Executive to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, business applications, ERP systems, and operational technology. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders and remote development teams to ensure reliable systems, effective ERP integration, and smooth day-to-day IT operations. Key Responsibilities IT Systems & Infrastructure Design, develop, integrate, maintain, and enhance IT and operational technology systems across the organization. Maintain and support existing business applications and systems to ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement. Maintain local servers and company network infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and performance. Administer and manage Microsoft 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. Manage domain, DNS, cloud infrastructure, and related IT services. ERP & Business Systems Collaborate with internal stakeholders and remote development teams to build, maintain, and enhance the company’s ERP system. Drive full readiness and integration of the ERP and VAN Sales handheld systems. Support hardware deployment and system configuration for van sales operations. Work with relevant teams to optimize van-to-store routes and enable technology-driven sales execution. Identify opportunities to improve business processes through systems integration and automation. IT Support & End-User Services Prepare and configure laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, and other IT equipment for new hires, ensuring all equipment and software are ready on their first day. Install and configure Microsoft 365 applications, printer drivers, and role-specific software. Provide timely troubleshooting and resolution of IT issues, including computers, Wi-Fi, printers, software, and user access. Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and ensure minimal disruption to business operations. IT Asset & Vendor Management Manage procurement, deployment, inventory, and tracking of IT assets, hardware, software, and peripherals. Maintain accurate IT asset records and ensure proper lifecycle management. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers where required. Perform other IT-related and ad hoc duties as assigned.
