We are seeking a Tender & Estimation Engineer to support cost estimation, budgeting, and proposal preparation for process industry projects. This role is suitable for fresh graduates with a Quantity Surveying/Engineering background who are keen to develop their skills in project costing and commercial functions. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing cost estimates, including material take-offs, labor costs, and other project expenses Support project budgeting and cost tracking under guidance from senior team members Work with sales and engineering teams to support proposal preparation and tender submissions Assist in basic cost analysis and value engineering exercises Prepare documentation for client submissions and internal approvals Ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant industry standards
Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 0–5 years of experience; fresh engineering graduates are welcome to apply Only candidates with the legal right to work in Singapore will be considered. No work pass sponsorship is available for this role. Skills: Proficiency in cost estimation software Basic understanding / willingness to learn process industry construction methods and materials Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication, interpersonal, and sales skills Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., API, ASME, etc.) Certifications: QS related certification preferred Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Familiarity with cost estimation software and tools Knowledge of process industry-specific software CRM software experience
