Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets. Drive sales growth for healthcare products, supplements, Wong Yiu Nam products, and herbal medicine. Manage product sourcing, development, and new product launches. Develop and grow E-Commerce sales across Shopee, Lazada, website, social media, and other digital platforms. Monitor sales performance and recommend improvement and incentive programs. Identify new business opportunities through market and competitor analysis. Work closely with Senior Management and cross-functional teams to execute business initiatives.
Diploma/Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or related field. At least 4–5 years of experience in E-Commerce, Sales, Digital Marketing, or Online Retail. Experience in Shopee, Lazada, social media, and other digital sales platforms. Strong sales-driven mindset with good analytical and business development skills. Experience in product development, sales operations, and project management is preferred. Good communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is an advantage for liaising with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
