Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Lead and support clinic staff in delivering excellent patient service. Manage staff scheduling, rostering, manpower planning, inventory, and administrative matters. Monitor clinic performance, service standards, and patient satisfaction. Handle patient feedback and resolve operational issues professionally. Work closely with Management on staffing, training, compliance, and operational improvements.
Degree/Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. At least 3–5 years of clinic/healthcare operations experience, preferably from dental, medical, polyclinic, government healthcare, or similar settings. Experience in staff rostering, manpower planning, and clinic operations. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Familiarity with clinic management or electronic medical record systems is an advantage. Service-oriented with a strong focus on patient experience and healthcare compliance. Able to lead and motivate teams and drive continuous operational improvement.
