Provide excellent and friendly frontline customer service. Attend to enquiry via phone calls. Schedule patient’s appointment. Process invoice and payment collections. Dispense medication and maintaining inventory levels. Basic housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic. Handle enquiries on promotions and leading customers to products. To perform other duties as assigned.
At least Secondary School / "O" Level or equivalent. Basic IT knowledge. Pleasant personality, cooperative and work well with co-workers. Be open to learning new things. Self-motivated and sales driven with a positive attitude. Proficiency both in English and Chinese is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers. Willing to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays.
