The successful candidate will rotate across various management and operational functions to gain broad exposure to the business. Key responsibilities include - Support day-to-day outlet operations and coordination. Assist with manpower planning and deployment. Perform administrative and operational duties to support smooth business operations. Provide quality customer service and respond to customer enquiries. Support business development activities and initiatives. Work closely with different teams to gain practical exposure to both operational and management functions.
Diploma or Degree in any discipline. 0–2 years of working experience; candidates with no prior working experience are welcome to apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with an interest in operations and business management. Able to work effectively in a team and adapt to different functions. Willing to learn and take on responsibilities across both operational and management functions.
