Process prescriptions & medication orders accurately. Dispense & distribute medications under the supervision of pharmacists. Operate & troubleshoot automation systems supporting medication supply & delivery. Assist in compounding non-sterile extemporaneous pharmaceutical products. Manage drug inventories, conduct stock checks, and monitor expiry dates. Maintain housekeeping standards appropriate to pharmacies. Ensure equipment are used and maintained appropriately. Support medication safety practices and report dispensing errors or near misses. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and relevant projects. Assist in training/train new pharmacy technicians and interns. Contribute to the growth of EGH, and EGH Pharmacy through relevant activities.
Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science from a local polytechnic, or Pharmacy Technician Course Certificate (from the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore), or Foreign-trained pharmacist with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills.
