Manufacturing Specialist (Drive Operations)

Job Detail

Lead and responsible for all aspects of the production process, including equipment set-up and maintenance, production/fabrication, test, production training, and machine/tool making with higher independence. Manage manpower deployment and activities in production area(s) including setting up and operating a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the company's product. Perform complex electrical tasks as part of the assembly process, contributing to the production of cutting-edge products. Able to conduct On-The-Job training for new hires and existing operators. Act as line trainer, ensuring adherence to Work Instructions and quality standards. Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Planning teams to resolve issues. Support process and manufacturing improvement, participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Support reporting, tracking, and escalation of key operational metrics. Perform process related to Labelling, Packing & Palletizing of Parts, Boxes, Pallet, etc. Perform Handling/ Shifting of Parts/ Equipment involving the use of lifting equipment.
