- Performing seat cover changes: This involves changing the seat covers to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for passengers. - Dressing up of seats: This includes cleaning and polishing seats to maintain their appearance and functionality. - Replacing aircraft cabin carpets and curtains: This task involves replacing worn-out carpets and curtains to ensure the interior is well-maintained. - Collecting parts: The Upholsterer is responsible for collecting parts for these services from designated points and returning removed items to designated points. - Up-lifting seat covers: This involves lifting seat covers for pre-departure aircraft to ensure they are ready for passengers. - Reporting defects: During the around walk, the Upholsterer reports any defects they find in the aircraft interiors. - Maintaining quality: The Upholsterer ensures the quality of the aircraft interiors on the operated fleet. - Performing other duties: Any other duties assigned by superiors are also performed.
