Warehouse and Testing Specialist

Job Detail

Receive incoming goods in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Handle preparation, packing, and dispatch of outgoing shipments accurately and on time. Ensure all shipping and receiving documentation is properly prepared, verified, and filed. Manage material returns and ensure all related processes are conducted efficiently and accurately, Conduct detailed inspection and testing of electronic components to identify non-conforming or counterfeit parts. Verify that all parts meet manufacturer standards for form, fit, and function. Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all inspection and testing activities. Report any quality issues promptly to the Warehouse Supervisor. Perform weekly or assigned inventory counts to ensure accuracy between system records and physical stock. Assist in updating inventory data in the system to maintain accurate records. Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Service) and external partners (couriers, suppliers) to resolve logistics or quality-related issues. Provide timely updates on shipment status, discrepancies, or testing outcomes when required. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment through regular housekeeping. Comply with all safety procedures and company policies during warehouse operations. Assist the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager with ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
