We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven, and people-focused Food Kiosk Area Manager to oversee the performance and operations of multiple food kiosk outlets within an assigned area. The Area Manager will be responsible for sales growth, profitability, operational excellence, people development, food safety, customer experience, and compliance across all assigned kiosks. The role requires a hands-on leader who can translate company strategies into consistent execution at store level while developing Store Managers and building high-performing teams. The Area Manager is accountable for the performance of multiple kiosks — developing Store Managers, driving sales and profitability, ensuring operational consistency, maintaining food safety and customer service standards, and building a strong pipeline of capable leaders. The key measure of success is not only how well the Area Manager manages individual outlets, but how effectively they develop Store Managers and create a consistent, scalable, and high-performing operation across the entire area.
