Job Detail

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient and professional service. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, equipment, glassware and work areas. Check and maintain adequate stock of beverages, garnishes, ice and other bar supplies. Prepare cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers and other beverages accurately and consistently. Monitor customer consumption and comply with responsible alcohol service requirements. Assist with stock counting, inventory control and reporting of damaged or missing items. Follow all company policies, food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures. Support the restaurant team with other operational duties and maintain a professional appearance and high standard of customer service.
