Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer orders. Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly service. Handle cashier duties and process cash, card, or digital payments. Replenish drinks, ingredients, cups, straws, and other supplies. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the drinks stall, equipment, and work area. Wash and clean utensils, containers, and beverage equipment. Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor when replenishment is required. Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
1–2 years of relevant food and beverage experience is preferred. Basic knowledge of beverage preparation is an advantage. Good communication and customer service skills. Able to work well as a team. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
