The candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking fishball noodles and maintaining food quality and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare ingredients and cook fishball noodles according to company recipes Prepare soup, sauces, and side ingredients Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and work area Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control Follow food safety and workplace safety regulations Assist with stall opening and closing duties"
