TASKS: Assist with research activities involving children, parents and/or caregivers. Support participant recruitment, scheduling and coordination of research sessions. Assist with administering research questionnaires, assessments or other data collection activities according to established protocols. Perform data entry, organisation and basic checking of research data. Maintain accurate research records, documentation and study materials. Conduct basic literature searches and assist with preparation of research materials. Liaise with research participants and relevant stakeholders when required. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of research information and participant data. Provide general administrative and operational support to the research team. Perform other research-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or research team.
Diploma or Degree in Child Psychology (is anadvantage), Social Sciences, Early Childhood, Education, Behavioural Sciences, or a related discipline. Interest in child development, psychology, behavioural research, or related areas. Comfortable interacting with children, parents and/or caregivers. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good organisational skills with attention to detail. Able to handle research data and confidential information responsibly. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a research team. Prior research, data collection, or experience working with children would be an advantage. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
