Service Execution & Guest Experience • Deliver warm, gracious, and anticipatory service in accordance with Forbes 5-Star standards • Manage assigned service sections efficiently to ensure a seamless guest experience • Engage with guests proactively, anticipate needs, and respond to requests promptly • Handle routine guest feedback and escalate concerns to the Supervisor when required • Maintain correct sequence of service, timing, and table presentation standards Floor Support & Operational Execution • Support Supervisors in ensuring smooth service flow during all meal periods • Assist with preparation and readiness of service areas, side stations, and mise-en-place • Ensure tables, buffet areas, and service stations remain clean, organized, and well-presented • Coordinate service timing with Kitchen, Bar, and Stewarding teams Team Guidance & Development • Guide and support Trainees and Casual Labour during service operations • Demonstrate correct service techniques, etiquette, and professional standards • Assist Supervisors with on-the-job coaching and daily task execution • Promote teamwork, cooperation, and a positive service environment Standards, Compliance & Professional Conduct • Maintain exemplary grooming, hygiene, and professional appearance • Ensure compliance with outlet SOPs, safety, and hygiene requirements • Use service equipment responsibly and report issues promptly • Represent the hotel professionally in all guest interactions
