Job Detail

Provide chauffeuring services to the C-suite. Duties include running errands when required Ensure that the vehicle is well maintained and meets all safety requirements. Conduct daily checks on the vehicle and ensure it is kept clean and in good working condition. Drive safely to designated locations. Perform vehicle inspection such as checking fluid level and tire pressure. Notify supervisor about any major repairs and maintenances. Follow local driving laws and road regulations. Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned. Sweep, mop and vacuum floors, including staircases, corridors and common areas. Clean and maintain toilets, pantry and other shared facilities. Clean meeting rooms, offices and other designated areas. Empty and dispose of rubbish from bins regularly. Clean windows, glass doors and other surfaces when required. Keep the pantry and dining areas clean and tidy. Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies when necessary. Report any damaged facilities, maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor. Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly, maintained and stored. Perform any other cleaning or housekeeping duties assigned by the supervisor.
