Cleaning of common area. Ensure the premise is always kept clean. Clearing of small bins in common areas. General cleaning of the canteen premises such as tables, chairs and toilets. Cleaning and wiping workstations Maintain, at all times, a neat and clean professional appearance. Ensure work area is clean when finished. Perform any other duties assigned by the manager or supervisor.
No formal qualifications required; relevant cleaning experience is an advantage. Able to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing for extended periods and handling cleaning equipment. Familiar with basic hygiene practices and the safe use of cleaning chemicals. Responsible, punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to clean dining areas, tables, floors, plates, cutleries and waste disposal areas. Willing to carry out dishwashing duties when required. Able to work the assigned canteen operating hours.
