The Catering Executive supports the day-to-day coordination and execution of catering services, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate communication, and timely delivery. Reporting to the Catering Manager, this role acts as a key link between clients, operations, and kitchen teams to ensure catering orders are fulfilled efficiently and in line with service standards. The role also supports client engagement, sales coordination, and onsite execution, including setup and service where required. Operating in a fast-paced environment, the Catering Executive ensures responsiveness, accuracy, and consistency across all catering activities.
● Minimum 1–3 years of experience in catering, F&B operations, or administrative coordination roles. ● Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail. ● Good communication and client-handling skills. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. ● Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is advantageous.
