Surveillance inspection of coating activities. Preparation and review of Inspection and Test Plan Review, approval of coating inspection reports. Monitor the coating activities performed as per approved procedures. NCR/ Observation review and close out. Monitor the inspection status and reports are generated progressively. CAPA and support investigation on noncompliance reported. Review and approval of coating material certificates. Review and approval of coating system validation through test panels. Punch list monitoring and close out.
