Developing project schedules for short/long term repair/conversion/newbuild projects. Monitor project progress and performance against the established schedule. Identify potential delays or risks and implement corrective actions. Identify critical path activities and dependencies to optimise project timelines. Ensure projects are completed on-time & within budget. Estimate & prepare manpower histogram for repair/conversion projects Well verse in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera. Prepare weekly / monthly reports for clients.
