Mechanic

Job Detail

Perform disassembly, inspection, cleaning, repair, reassembly, and testing of diesel engines,components, and mechanical equipment in accordance with technical specifications. Assist senior mechanics and supervisors in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical faults. Operate tools, machines, and measurement instruments (e.g., torque wrenches, dial gauges) safely and effectively. Perform mechanical fitting, alignment, and adjustment works following engineering drawings and manuals. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of work areas, tools, and equipment. Support project work at customer sites, including boarding vessels or working in shipyards as required by the assignment. Follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures during workshop and site activities.
