Oversee daily operations and administrative matters. Ensure timely evaluation and accurate reporting of centre’s outcomes to the management and funder. Support and guide team members through formal learning, on-the-job learning and mentorships. Plan and lead community outreach activities/programmes to promote AAC’s programmes. Build partnerships within the Regional Health System, with Community Partners and Volunteers (including Grassroots), among others. Empower and develop active seniors to serve other vulnerable seniors in the community.
Hold a Masters or Degree in Business Management / Psychology / Gerontology or other relevant fields (Diploma holders with relevant working experience will be considered). Thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills Be proficient in Google Suite Applications. It would be great if you: Work best in a team environment. Can converse in local languages in order to communicate with seniors.
