Business (Store) Manager

• Responsible for achieving the store’s annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue, cost, and profit targets. • Monitor inventory performance, including cost control, loss tracking, and discrepancy resolution. • Lead stock planning and order review: validate material usage forecasts, order schedules, and vendor alignment. • Ensure SOPs for inventory and asset management are implemented, maintained, and improved across the store. • Oversee asset and material safeguarding, ensuring equipment, tools, and supplies are used and maintained responsibly. • Assist in implementing the company's brand activities and promoting its business philosophy and corporate culture. • Responsible for managing relationships with customers, landlords, and store staff, handling customer complaints and feedback properly to enhance customer satisfaction. • Responsible for store venue renting and collaboration with external corporations and partnerships related to the store. • Responsible for daily management and supervision of store staff, including training, on-the-job guidance, performance evaluation, and personal development. • Responsible for analysing store operation data to improve and increase store revenue. • Review and analyse regular customer behaviour from loyalty program data to suggest local store strategies and improve retention and satisfaction. • Responsible for improving work procedures and rules for each position within the store and updating documentation of guidelines and SOPs. • Complete other tasks assigned by management.
